Rita's Tip

If you prefer a super smooth sauce place all the ingredients in the food processor or blender. Blend to your desired consistency.

📋Tips

  • Let the sauce sit before serving it. This will allow the flavors to fully develop. If you have time, make it a day before you want to serve it. I know this may be a tough but trust me, you'll be glad you did.
  • For a gluten free sauce, read all the labels carefully to make sure they don't contain gluten.
  • If you are going to be dipping something warm into the sauce it may be worthwhile heating the sauce up or at least taking the chill out of it by placing it in the microwave for a few seconds.
  • Make sure to use plain mayonnaise and not a variety that has added flavor.
