Strawberry Limeade

In a blender or food processor, puree the sliced strawberries until smooth. If you don’t want the seeds or much pulp in your limeade, strain the purée into a bowl.
3 cups fresh strawberries
In a large pitcher, mix together the lime juice and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
2 cups freshly squeezed lime juice, 2 cups granulated sugar
Add the pureed strawberries to the pitcher and stir to combine.
Add the coconut water and water; stir well. Taste and adjust the sweetness as desired. Lime and strawberry slices can be added to the pitcher, if desired.

Chill the strawberry limeade in the fridge until ready to serve.
Serve garnished with lime slices and fresh strawberries, if desired.

- To Store. You can keep strawberry limeade in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Freezing. For longer storage, it can be frozen for up to three months. Just make sure to use a freezer-safe container!
