Preheat the oven to 450°F. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and remove the skin if preferred.
2 salmon fillets
Season the salmon with salt, pepper, and paprika. Lightly spray with olive oil.
1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of black pepper, ½ teaspoon paprika, olive oil spray
Arrange the salmon on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
While the salmon bakes, make the hot honey sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, hot sauce, ginger, butter, soy sauce (if using). Stir until warmed and slightly thickened.
4 tablespoons honey, 3 tablespoons hot sauce, 2 tablespoon soy sauce, ½ teaspoon ginger, 4 tablespoons butter
Once the salmon is done, toss it in the hot honey sauce until fully coated.
Serve immediately with rice, cauliflower rice, or steamed veggies for a healthy, flavorful meal. Enjoy!
