Easy Baked Apricots

Prep the fruit: Wash and halve the apricots, removing the pits.
1 pound apricots
Get your oven ready: Preheat to 400°F and butter a baking dish.
Arrange: Place apricots cut side up in the dish.
Mix the topping: Stir together the sugar, cinnamon, cardamom, and salt. Sprinkle over the apricots.

Add butter: Place a small piece of butter on each apricot.

Bake: Bake for 15–17 minutes, until golden and softened.
Finish and serve: Top with graham crackers and almonds. Serve warm with yogurt or ice cream if you'd like.
