Virgin Piña Colada Recipe

Refreshing virgin piña colada mocktail recipe with pineapple, coconut milk, and lime. Perfect non-alcoholic tropical drink for all ages!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk, canned
  • cup heavy cream, or coconut cream
  • lime juice from half lime
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • Ice cubes, handful
  • 3-4 glazed cherries, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, mix the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, fresh cream, lime juice, and honey.
  • Add a few ice cubes and blend until the ice is crushed.
  • Taste and adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding more honey or lime juice if needed.
  • Pour the mocktail into glasses and garnish with a pineapple slice and glazed cherries.
  • Serve cold and enjoy your delicious piña colada mocktail!

Notes

  • To Store. Piña Coladas with coconut milk are best enjoyed right away for the freshest taste.
  • If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Be sure to re-blend before serving again.
