Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spread a 2-tablespoon strip of cream cheese down the center.
2 regular 6 inch tortilla of your choice, 4 tablespoons cream cheese
Add 2 tablespoons of cranberry sauce, covering the cream cheese.
4 tablespoons cranberry sauce
Layer ¼ cup of lettuce and ¼ cup of turkey cubes onto each wrap. Add nust on top (optional).
½ cup cooked leftover turkey breast, ½ cup Romaine lettuce, 3 tablespoon pecan or walnuts
Feel free to adjust the filling quantity, ensuring not to overstuff the wraps. Roll them up and enjoy!
Flavor and texture profile: Soft and chewy with a delightful blend of sweet and savory flavors.
- To Store. Leftover wraps stay fresh for a day or two in the fridge in an airtight container, though the tortilla may soften. Avoid making too many in advance if unsure about consumption. Store extras in an airtight container.
- Freezing. Wrap leftovers and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight before eating.
- Make Ahead. Make wraps a day or two ahead, preferably after your turkey meal to keep the turkey fresh. For longer gaps, freeze the turkey and thaw it when ready to make wraps.
