Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages refrigerated grand cinnamon rolls
  • ¾ cup white granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a mixing bowl, combine white sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg using a fork until well blended.
  • Slice each refrigerated Grands biscuit into 4 pieces. Roll each piece in the cinnamon sugar mixture until coated. Fill each jumbo muffin pan halfway with the coated cinnamon rolls.
  • In another bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Pour this mixture over the half-filled muffin wells, ensuring all pieces are coated. Top each muffin well with more biscuit pieces, filling it up to the brim.
  • Pour another layer of the butter mixture generously over the top.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, applying an additional layer of the butter mixture 5 minutes before it finishes baking.
  • Warm the frosting from the cinnamon roll container slightly in the microwave.
  • Once the cinnamon roll muffins are done, drizzle the warmed frosting over each monkey bread muffin. Serve and savor!
