Cook pasta. Cook the pasta until it’s al dente in texture. Rinse the cooked pasta under cold water to stop the cooking process.
Toss the cooked and cooled pasta with ½ cup of dill pickle juice. Let it marinate for about 5 minutes, then drain and discard the rest of the juice.
Prep the dressing. In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients and mix.
Assemble. In a different bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix.
Chill and serve. Place the mixture in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
