Cook the pork ribs and shred the meat.
Saute onion in oil until translucent, then add carrot and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add seasonings and tomato paste. Return strained broth, add potatoes and bay leaves.
Simmer for 12-15 minutes until potatoes are tender. Incorporate sauerkraut with its juices, cooked vegetables, and spices into the pot. Cook for 25 minutes.
Adjust seasoning, return pork, cook for 5 more minutes. Discard bay leaves.
