Pork Stir Fry

Switch up your weeknight dinner with this speedy one-pot ground pork stir fry! Perfect for utilizing pork chops, it's ready in just 30 minutes!

Prepare the sauce by mixing cornstarch with a splash of chicken stock in a small bowl. Then add remaining sauce ingredients. Set aside.

Brown the beef, then add mushrooms and onions.

Next, add the broccoli and carrots to the skillet and cook for an additional 3 minutes until they reach a crisp-tender consistency.

Stir the sauce to ensure the starch is evenly mixed, then pour it into the skillet. Allow the sauce to thicken for about 2 minutes. Taste for seasoning and add salt/black pepper if needed.
