Ham Fried Rice Recipe is an easy one-pan recipe that can be made with leftover holiday ham, cold-stored rice, and frozen vegetables.
Saute onion until translucent, add in garlic, ginger and ham.
Cook for a couple of minutes and add corn and peas. Scramble the eggs.
Stir in the cooked rice and add soy sauce and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
