Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Bars

Soft and chewy oatmeal chocolate chip cookie bars are packed with protein and fiber from oats, with a rich, chocolatey decadence in every bite!

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9-inch brownie pan with parchment paper. Mix flour, oatmeal, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

In another bowl, whisk eggs and sugar. Add pumpkin, oil, orange juice, vanilla, and zest. Mix until combined.

In another bowl, beat butter, sugars, vanilla, and eggs until smooth. Combine with dry ingredients.

Fold in chocolate chips and chunks.

Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly. Press extra chips on top.

Bake for 25–30 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt.

Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a rack.
