Cinnamon Banana Bread With Raisins

This cinnamon banana bread with raisins is incredibly moist thanks to the mashed bananas, and the top bakes to a perfect golden brown!

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5-inch pan or line with parchment paper. Set aside.

Whisk flour, salt, baking soda, and spices in a medium bowl. In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in bananas, raisins, and vanilla.

Sift dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix on low. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool the loaf in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Store at room temperature for 2-3 days.
