This quick and easy chicken and broccoli stir fry is packed with Asian flavors, perfectly seasoned, and served with rice for a comforting meal.
Marinate chicken in ¼ cup teriyaki sauce for 30 minutes.
In a hot skillet, cook chicken for 7–8 minutes until fully cooked. Set aside.
Stir-fry broccoli and scallions for 2–3 minutes. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds.
Pour in remaining teriyaki sauce, stir until coated.
Add chicken back, stir well. Serve with rice, scallions, and sesame seeds.
