Banana Strawberry Bread Recipe With Glaze

Banana Strawberry Bread – Moist sweet bread with mashed bananas, fresh strawberries, and a strawberry glaze. Perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a sweet snack!

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan. Mix egg, sugars, vanilla, banana, and oil. Add dry ingredients and mix until combined.

Coat strawberries with 2 tbsp flour,

Then gently fold into the batter.

Batter will be thick and sticky. Spoon intothe pan, smooth the top, and decorate with strawberry slices (optional)

Bake for 55–65 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled bread. Store leftover glaze in the freezer for up to 2 months. Enjoy!
