Cajun Shrimp and Sausage Pasta

Savory sausage, tender pasta, and crunchy bell peppers in a rich, tangy tomato sauce – perfect for a quick, satisfying meal.

Season shrimp with Italian seasoning, Cajun, salt, and pepper. Toss with olive oil and marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Cook shrimp until no longer gray (about 2 minutes). Set aside.

Sauté onion and bell peppers until soft. Add garlic, cook for 30 seconds, and season with herbs and Cajun.

Cook sausage until browned. Add pasta, tomatoes, broth, and thyme. Cover and simmer for 13–15 minutes.

Add shrimp and cream cheese, mixing until combined. Adjust seasoning. Serve with Parmesan, red pepper flakes, and fresh herbs.
