Pumpkin Spice Cookie Recipe

These soft and flavorful pumpkin pie cookies taste just like traditional pumpkin pie!

Combine dry ingredients.

In a large mixer bowl beat eggs, sugar, vanilla. Add fresh pumpkin puree.

Combine wet and dry ingredients. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.

Shape 2 tablespoon size cookie balls and bake for 12 min at 350 F.

Let the cookies stand in the pan for 5-10 minutes before transferring to a wire cooling rack to cool completely.

Beat the softened cream cheese, butter, vanilla and powdered sugar on low until creamy. Spread on each cooled cookie.
