These strawberry cookies with white chocolate chips are a delicious and pretty treat for Valentine’s Day or strawberry season!
Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add egg and vanilla, mixing until combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk dry ingredients and gradually mix into wet.
Stir in strawberries and white chocolate chips.
Scoop 1 ½ tablespoons of dough into 2-inch balls. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet, 3 inches apart.
Bake for 12–14 minutes.
