This bacon cabbage stir-fry is a quick, flavorful side dish or meal. Cooked with bacon, garlic, and onions, it’s perfect with steamed potatoes or your main course!
Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat for 12-15 minutes until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
In the same skillet with some bacon grease, cook onions until translucent. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add cabbage, vinegar, brown sugar, seasoned salt, and pepper. Sauté for 7-10 minutes until tender.
Return bacon, stir in butter, adjust seasoning, and serve warm. Store leftovers in the fridge for 2-3 days; reheat on the stove.
