Incredibly Flavorful Lavash Wraps

This isn't your ordinary tortilla wrap - it's far superior. Packed with sautéed cabbage and cheese, these vegetarian lavash wraps are perfect for a no-cook lunch or a quick weeknight dinner.

Make sauteed cabbage with carrots, onions, tomato paste and seasonings.

Mix the sauteed cabbage with dill or parsley if using.

On each tortilla add 3 tablespoons of sauteed cabbage each, and top with mozzzarella.

Wrap like in the photo, and brush with egg yolk. Heat up a skillet over medium heat and add cooking oil.

Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.

Serve with sour cream.
