Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Bars

Oatmeal chocolate chip cookie bars are soft, chewy, and packed with protein, fiber, and rich chocolate chips!

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9-inch brownie pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl or stand mixer, whisk flour, oatmeal, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, beat butter, sugars, vanilla, and eggs on low speed. Combine with dry ingredients.

Mix dry ingredients into wet, then fold in cranberries.

Pour the batter into the pan, press in extra chocolate chips, and bake for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes.

Cool the bars in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Cut into squares and serve.
