How Long Are Pickled Onions Good For?

Quick pickled red onion with radishes is a great way to turn an ordinary root vegetable into a delicious side dish for many dinner recipes. It's a great crunchy snack to add to cheese plates and a charcuterie board, or as a topping on avocado toast!

This recipe is for quick pickles, which will generally last (health and safety-wise) about 2-3 weeks.

After 2 weeks it is still edible but quick pickled radishes and onions will lose their crisp texture, and fresh flavor and become soft.

You’ll see if the liquid gets discolored or gets dark it’s not good anymore.
