Ham Fried Rice Recipe is an easy one-pan recipe that can be made with leftover holiday ham, cold-stored rice, and frozen vegetables.
Cook the rice according to package directions. Set aside to cool.
In a nonstick skillet saute onion until translucent, add in garlic, ginger, and ham.
Stir in the rice and add soy sauce and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
