Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Add mashed bananas, peanut butter, vanilla, and oats.
Mix well with an electric mixer, stand mixer, or food processor on low speed until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Prepare a small bowl with warm water. Dip your hands in water and shape 15 balls, about the (size of a walnut).
Line a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the cookie balls in a single layer on the cookie sheet leaving about 1 ½ inches in between each cookie dough ball.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove and allow the cookies to cool on a cooling rack.
