Dairy Free Banana Bread

This dairy-free banana bread is soft, moist, and full of natural banana flavor — perfect with dairy-free butter, applesauce, nut butter, or jam! The bananas, oil, and eggs keep it from drying out.

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease or line a 4.5" x 8.5" loaf pan. Mash bananas, then mix in brown sugar and oil until combined.

Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until smooth.

Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt into the banana mix in batches. Stir until combined.

Pour into the loaf pan. Bake for 45–55 minutes, checking at 40 minutes with a toothpick. Cover with foil if browning too fast.

Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack. Serve with dairy-free butter or jam. Enjoy!
