Easy Cashew Pesto

This 10-minute homemade Cashew Pesto is perfect for pasta, pesto chicken, grilled cheese, or bruschetta!

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Gradually add oil, starting with ¼ cup and increasing to ½ cup for desired consistency.

Season with salt and pepper while blending. Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Serve with lemon zest on pasta, fish, poultry, or meats. This recipe makes 1 cup of pesto, enough for 2-3 servings with pasta and some boiled pasta water.
