Birthday Cake Ice Cream

Homemade Birthday Cake Ice Cream is a creamy frozen delight perfect for any occasion, not just birthdays! Packed with colorful sprinkles and delectable pieces of vanilla cake, it's a celebration in every scoop. No churn!

In a medium mixing bowl add the sweetened condensed milk, the cake mix, and the extracts. Whisk together until combined.

In another large bowl, add the heavy cream. – Whip together with a hand mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.

Then add the condensed milk mixture and fold into the heavy cream until combined and no streaks are left. Add the colorful sprinkles and fold into the cream

Pour into a loaf pan and top with extra sprinkles. Place in the freezer for at least 8 hours or overnight. Scoop and serve!
