Crispy, golden Air Fryer Parmesan Fries with Truffle Oil are the ultimate savory snack! Light, crunchy, and packed with parmesan and truffle flavor, they’re perfect for weeknight treats or elegant appetizers.

Peel (optional) and slice the potatoes into fries. Soak them in an ice bath for 5–10 minutes to remove excess starch, then drain and pat dry thoroughly.
